Help People Reducing/Reusing/Recycling Wastes
Mission of the project
This project is to develop a mobile App R3 Navigator that can help people to find the most appropriate facilities/businesses nearby for reducing/reusing/recycling wastes.
Show nearby facilities
The app will default show nearby waste recycling facilities according to your current location determined by GPS.
Show Second-hand Stores
By clicking the button with shopping icon, nearby second-hand stores will be shown.
Show Donation Sites
By clicking the button with delivering icon, the nearby sites accepting donations will show.
Show Facility Detail
If you interact with a location marker, the detailed information of that facility will be shown.
Navigate
It provides Drive and Walk navigation. Once you touch the navigation link, it will open the Google Map App to let you navigate to the location of the facility
Search
You also can search facilities according to waste type and address.
Search Results
Search results will be shown on the map according to the waste type and address entered.
Recenter the Map
You can always recenter the map to your current location by clicking the button with the target icon.
